2007 Zinfandel - Florence Vineyard, Dry Creek Valley Dashe Cellars
This is the second vintage from this excellent little vineyard on the northern tip of Dry Creek Valley. The grapes from this vineyard were planted from cuttings of the famous St. Peters Church clone taken from vines on the Rockpile Ranch.
The 2007 vintage in Dry Creek produced extremely balanced, luscious wine. The wine from Florence vineyard was particularly showy from the start, even in the fermenter, with its jet-black color, perfumed aromas of violets and lavender, and rich flavors of black raspberry, chocolate, and clove spice.

2006 Zinfandel - Louvau Vineyard, 'Old Vines,' Dry Creek Valley - Dashe Cellars
From 67 year old vines in the center of Dry Creek Valley, this wine is a personal favorite. As one might expect from a Dry Creek Zin, this wine is spicy, elegant and complex, with a lush black raspberry flavor. The intensity of flavors and balance are magnificent.
2008 Zinfandel, Old Vines, Todd Brothers Ranch, Alexander Valley - Dashe Cellars
The 2008 vintage was a classic vintage, with a long, extended, quite warm ripening period that allowed the vines to concentrate flavor in the grapes. We consider it one of the finest vintages of Todd Brothers Zinfandel that we have produced, a dark, concentrated wine with tremendous depth and balance.
2008 Zinfandel, Late Harvest, Dry Creek Valley - Dashe Cellars 375 ml
Sweet and seductive, this wine harvested at 40 brix in the vineyard delivers the essence of zinfandel. With flavors of blackberry, chocolate, and cassis, this is one of our most delicious Late Harvest wines ever. Think bearskin rug, roaring fires, chocolate truffles, sweet nothings.
2005 Cabernet Sauvignon, Todd Brothers Ranch, Alexander Valley - Dashe Cellars

It exhibits all of the intensity and complexity of Alexander Valley Cabernet, but with a very balanced, elegant style that is reminiscent of a European wine.

2009 Grenache Dry Creek, Les Enfante Terribles by Dashe Cellars
This is the first year that we have used our Les Enfants Terribles label series for our lovely, complex Grenache grown in a single rocky vineyard in the Dry Creek Valley. This flat, rugged vineyard is planted in an old dry riverbed near the town of Healdsburg, in Sonoma County, where the maritime fog that flows down the valley at night cools down the vines until the late morning, keeping the grapes cool and the resulting wines extremely luscious and balanced between fruit and acidity.
2009 Vin Gris, Dry Creek Valley - Dashe Cellars
Only 75 cases were produced of this dry Vin Gris, made from wine drained from our large tank lots of Petite Sirah and Zinfandel from the Dry Creek Valley. This wine is crisp, dry, with lovely flavors of strawberry, black cherry and a hint of peppery spice. Enjoy chilled, as an apertif, or with dishes of light fish or pasta with white wine sauces.
